Purchases of sale items are final.  We do not offer any refunds or exchanges for your purchase of a clearance item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

Grace & Elegance Bridal (G&E) guarantees the dresses to be in the condition stated in their description.   All jewelry, accessories and shoes are new and have never been worn.

New: Most of our wedding gowns are in new condition.  This means new, never worn with no damages, stains, etc.  G&E will inspect and press every wedding gown before shipping.

Sample:  We have a few sample dresses that we’ve had in the shop for other bride-to-be’s to try on.  These gowns will have no damages, tears or stains.  G&E will inspect and press every wedding gown before shipping.

Used:  G&E used to rent bridal gowns.  We have a few rentals left offered at rock bottom prices.  Very few gowns might have a tear or stain but will be clearly represented in the description and pictures. 

 

G&E guarantees to clearly and honestly depict the wedding gowns.  We know how special this dress is in your life.
